Working Principle
When the single impeller rotates clockwise (viewed from top to bottom), the blades immersed in the slurry generate propelling and pressing actions. This forces the slurry to enter the blades from the upper part of the recirculation cylinder and flow upward along the guide vanes inside the cylinder. After passing through the cylinder, the slurry transitions into radial movement, ascends along the outer wall of the cylinder, and then returns to the upper section of the cylinder, forming a closed-loop circulation. As fresh slurry is continuously fed into the tank, the conditioned slurry—thoroughly mixed with reagents and air—is continuously discharged from the outlet (overflow weir).
