Product Features

1. Equipped with large-diameter double-row self-aligning roller bearings, the machine ensures extended service life and significantly reduces friction, leading to a 15-30% decrease in energy consumption. It operates with high efficiency and enables smooth startup.

2. The conical structure near the discharge end enhances the mill's robustness and, more importantly, facilitates natural classification of grinding media. Smaller steel balls accumulate near the discharge outlet, resulting in finer grinding of materials.

3. The integrated steel base ensures high installation accuracy, simplifies equipment setup, and shortens installation cycles.

4. The drum feeder eliminates inertial impact, promotes stable equipment operation, reduces mill downtime for maintenance, and improves overall efficiency.

Working Principle

The motor drives the mill cylinder to rotate at an appropriate speed through a gear set and reducer. Under the combined effects of centrifugal force, friction, and gravity, the grinding media inside the cylinder are lifted to a certain height and then fall in a projected or free-fall state. The material in the cylinder is crushed by the impact of the grinding media, while the rolling and sliding motion of the media further grinds the material through abrasion. The ground product is finally discharged through the outlet.

Notes:

Previous common ball mills usually use the combined feeder. Its matched classifiers adopt the mode of charging at the bottom of the tank. The material centralized in the bunker under the feeder. There is no special requirement for rotating direction of the spiral classifier. Both the new types of conical ball mill and rolling bearing ball mill adopt cylinder feeder without inertial impact;their matching classifiers adopt a sand scraper to scrape the ore pulp out from the side of the tank,which is directly discharged to the cylinder feeder via the chute.The flow and process are simple and convenient,but spiral direction of he classifier must be contrary to rotating direction of the mill.
