Product Features
1. The unit features self-aspirating capability for both air and slurry. Middlings return can be achieved by gravity flow without auxiliary equipment, simplifying operation and maintenance. Both the impeller and cover plate are constructed with wear-resistant rubber components.
2. Offers powerful agitation capacity, reduced reagent consumption, and the ability to process coarse and high-density ores. It adapts well to complex flowsheets, delivers stable performance, and has broad applicability.
3. Widely used for roughing, cleaning, and reverse flotation of non-ferrous metals (such as copper, lead, zinc, nickel, molybdenum, and gold), ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals.
Working Principle
The XJK flotation machine operates with every two cells forming one functional unit. The first cell, equipped with a feed slurry inlet pipe for pulp suction, is designated as the suction cell. The second cell functions as a direct-flow cell. An intermediate chamber is installed between the first and second cells, with interconnected slurry flow beneath.
Drive and Aeration System:
The impeller is mounted at the lower end of the main shaft, which is driven by an electric motor via a V-belt pulley at its upper end. Air is drawn through an independent intake pipe.
Level Control and Circulation:
The slurry level in each flotation unit is regulated by an adjustable weir gate. A cover plate and center cylinder are installed above the impeller. The center cylinder incorporates ports for connecting the feed slurry pipe, middlings return pipe, or facilitating internal pulp circulation.
