1. The disc feeder is a feeding device suitable for fine ores with a particle size below 20mm, offering easy installation. The feed rate can be appropriately adjusted by modifying the scraper position. It is available in both open and enclosed types.

Working Principle
The disc feeder is primarily composed of a drive mechanism, main shaft, disc, retaining ring, scraper, discharge chute, distributor, and frame. Its working principle is as follows: When material enters the rotating disc, the ore spreads over the disc surface under gravity. As the disc rotates, the material reaches the scraper and is discharged from the disc edge into the chute, thereby achieving the feeding purpose. This series of feeders is driven by a motor through worm gear reducers with different speed ratios to accommodate discs of various specifications. In mineral processing plants, the disc feeder often operates in conjunction with ball mills.
