Introduction to basic process of stone production line
The large stones are uniformly sent to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing by the vibrating feeder through the silo, and the coarse crushed stones are sent to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing; The finely crushed stones are sent to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor for screening, and several stones of different specifications are screened out. The stones meeting the particle size requirements are sent to the finished material pile by the finished belt conveyor; The stones that do not meet the grain size requirements are returned by the belt conveyor and sent to the impact crusher for further crushing, forming a closed circuit multiple circulation. The particle size of finished products can be combined and graded according to the needs of users. In order to protect the environment, auxiliary dust removal equipment can be equipped.
Main equipment of stone production line
1. In the stone production line, the hardness of crushed materials is not more than 320Mpa, such as granite, basalt, etc., which are all applicable to the secondary crushing process. Its main equipment includes: vibrating feeder - jaw crusher (primary crushing) - stone crusher (secondary crushing, which can be impact crusher, hammer crusher, impact crusher) - vibrating screen - finished stone, and the middle is used for conveying materials by belt conveyor.
2. When the hardness of the material is not more than 150Mpa, in order to save the customer's cost and improve the working efficiency, the one-time forming equipment is generally used. Its main equipment includes: vibrating feeder - high-efficiency composite crusher (that is, two-in-one crusher, which can achieve the ideal particle size once through the unique design, generally hammer crusher) - vibrating screen - finished stone, and the belt conveyor is used to transport the material in the middle.
