Lignite dryer technology
In the past, centrifugal mechanical dehydration was generally used as the drying method, with expensive equipment, low production capacity and small dehydration range. Usually, only about 10% of the precipitation can be achieved at one time. There is still 15-20% water content. H-type rotary lignite dryer adopts the new technology of crushing and dispersing lignite before thermal drying, which makes the drying process of materials realize continuous, industrialization and automation. The moisture content of wet lignite can be reduced from 25%~30% to less than 13% after being treated by lignite slurry drying process. It can be used as fuel coal and improve coal washing process, which has good economic, social and environmental benefits.
The rotary lignite dryer adopts the low-temperature four-stage drying process to evaporate the moisture of lignite to less than 13% of the water content under the condition that the quality of the dried lignite remains unchanged.
The primary drying zone removes most of the moisture at 400 ℃ under high humidity to ensure that the chemical composition of lignite does not change and is not easy to burn;
The room temperature of the secondary drying zone is 300 ℃, and the lignite is not coking through the high yield water removal by the medium temperature strong induced air;
The indoor temperature of the third-stage drying zone is 120 ℃ - 210 ℃, and the crushing device in the drum is used to repeatedly hit and break up the materials, and dry them in the downstream direction;
The fourth stage drying area is a high exhaust area, with a room temperature of 60 ℃ - 80 ℃. The water is discharged by the low temperature hot air flow with negative pressure in the induced draft system.
