High frequency screen (high quality screen) is composed of vibration exciter, pulp distributor, screen frame, frame, suspension spring, screen mesh and other components.
Performance characteristics of high-frequency screen
The screen machine is designed with a new principle and is a high-efficiency vibrating screen machine with a new structure. The vibration exciter drives the screen surface through the transmission mechanism for high-frequency vibration, and the screen box is stationary. The vibration system is designed to work in a near-resonant state. The whole machine is supported by vibration reduction, so that the ground is basically free of dynamic load. The screen machine does not need to be made into a foundation. It can work normally if it is directly installed on a solid and flat ground or an ordinary steel structure platform. The vibration frequency of the screen surface is 50 Hz, the amplitude is 0~2 mm, and the vibration intensity is 8~10 times of the gravity acceleration, and 2~3 times of the vibration intensity of the general mechanical vibration screen. The screen surface is not easy to block holes, with high screening efficiency and large processing capacity.
High frequency screen is especially suitable for screening fine powder materials. The grading size is 0.074~1mm. The screen surface is composed of three different layers of flexible screens. The bottom steel wire core polyurethane mesh is the support mesh, and the upper layer is paved with double-layer stainless steel wire woven composite mesh with different wire diameters and mesh holes. The layer of the composite mesh is the working mesh, which is in direct contact with the material for screening. The lower layer of the composite mesh is the bottom mesh, which is used to disperse the stress and transmit the vibration to ensure the high screening efficiency of the working mesh and prolong the service life. There are hooks at both ends of the screen to facilitate the loading and unloading of the screen and adjust the tension. The feeding buffer screen plate disperses and evenly distributes the slurry to avoid damage caused by direct impact on the screen.
