Product Features
1. Designed for carbon-in-pulp and cyanidation processes, the carbon leaching tank requires auxiliary equipment such as carbon retention screens and carbon transfer pumps. Its structural design incorporates upper and lower rubber-clad steel plate impellers, bolted for connection, ensuring balanced operation, easy replacement, and extended service life.
2. The split shaft design, connected via flanges, reduces required lifting height. Multi-point dispersed aeration enhances air mixing efficiency.
3. The dual-impeller leaching tank serves as an agitating device for gold cyanidation leaching. It is suitable for leaching, adsorption, and other mixing operations involving materials with low specific gravity, low viscosity, slow settling rates, ore particle sizes of -200 mesh exceeding 90%, and slurry concentrations below 45%.
4. The SJ dual-impeller leaching tank finds applications in chemical, mineral processing, and metallurgical industries.
Working Principle
In the dual-impeller leaching tank, slurry is driven and agitated by the dual impellers, flowing downward through the central zone. It then spreads radially via peripheral flow-stabilizing baffles. Air is introduced at the lower section of the shaft, where it mixes with the slurry and circulates upward, forming a homogeneous suspended mixture.
