Working Principle
The screen operates with two motors that independently drive two vibrators in synchronized counter-rotation through belt-type flexible couplings. The centrifugal forces generated by the eccentric weights combine along the vibration direction while their transverse components cancel out, creating a single resultant force in the desired vibration plane (or alternatively, multiple electromagnetic vibrators are employed to generate this force). This imparts linear reciprocating motion to the screen box at a 50-degree inclination.
Under this vibratory action, material performs continuous parabolic throwing motions across the deck. The high-intensity vibration causes repeated impacts between particles and the screen surface, effectively disrupting the surface tension of the external water film on particles to achieve solid-liquid separation.
The unit typically features a three-screen-section configuration. Pulp is distributed simultaneously to all sections through a feed distributor. The screen mesh is fixed to the spring-supported frame, which floats freely on its support structure. For motor-driven vibrator models, the exciter is mounted on the upper-middle section of the frame; for electromagnetic vibrator models, the units are installed on both sides of the screen body, directly transmitting vibration to the screen frame.
