Working Principle

The circular motion vibrating screen is a multi-layer, high-efficiency screening machine. Its structure primarily comprises the screen box, screen mesh, vibration exciter, damping spring assembly, and base frame. Equipped with a tubular eccentric shaft exciter and adjustable counterweights, the exciter is mounted on the side plate of the screen box and driven by an electric motor via V-belts (or couplings) to generate centrifugal force, inducing controlled vibration. The side plates are manufactured from high-quality steel and connected to cross beams and the exciter base using high-strength bolts or huck fasteners, ensuring structural integrity and reliable operation under heavy-duty conditions.
