1. The SZZ type self-centering vibrating screen employs a circular motion trajectory for sizing medium and fine-grained materials. 2. The self-centering vibrating screen series is available in two installation configurations: seated and suspended. It also offers options of single or double screening decks based on application requirements.

Working Principle
The self-centering vibrating screen operates by utilizing an eccentric shaft that generates alternating upward and downward inertial forces, inducing vibration throughout the entire screen frame. Simultaneously, the radial position of the counterweight is adjusted to maintain the spatial stability of the V-belt pulley, achieving the self-centering effect. This balanced design minimizes dynamic stress on the drive system while ensuring efficient screening performance.
