Product Features
The ZZS type seated vibrating screen is an electric vibratory screen characterized by its simple structure, robust and reliable construction, minimal maintenance requirements, easy installation, high efficiency, and low power consumption.
Working Principle
This screen operates on the principle of excitation generated by vibration motors. When the two motors rotate synchronously in opposite directions, the screen body moves in a linear trajectory. Raw materials are uniformly fed into the screen via a feeder, propelled upward and conveyed forward along the screening surface. Through multiple screen decks, several graded products are obtained and discharged from their respective outlets, completing the material classification process.
