Working Principle
The multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher operates through the motor-driven rotation of pulleys/couplers and transmission shafts, which actuate the eccentric bushing to generate periodic gyratory motion. During operation, the mantle rotates along the inner surface while periodically approaching the concave. Materials are crushed through compression and bending forces exerted between the oscillating mantle and fixed concave, with continuous fragmentation occurring within the optimized crushing chamber.
