Working Principle
The multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher operates by utilizing the rotational motion of a horizontal shaft. Through the eccentric sleeve, the mantle is driven to perform a gyratory movement, thereby continuously subjecting the material in the crushing chamber to compression, bending, and impact until it fractures.
The specific process is as follows:
The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate via the transmission assembly. Under the constraint of the eccentric sleeve, the mantle executes a gyratory motion. The zone where the mantle approaches the concave liner forms the crushing cavity, where the material is repeatedly compressed and impacted between the mantle and concave until fractured. When the mantle moves away from the concave, the material that has been crushed to the required size descends under its own gravity and is discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber.
