Working Principle
During operation of the spring cone crusher, the motor drives the large bevel gear at the bottom of the eccentric sleeve through a fluid coupling and a small bevel gear, causing the eccentric sleeve to rotate. This rotation imparts a gyrating motion to the mantle, which crushes the material against the concave. The main shaft of the crusher remains stationary, serving only to support the spherical bearing and withstand the crushing forces. This design, where the main shaft is stationary while the eccentric sleeve transmits the crushing force, enables the structure to withstand significant crushing pressures. This makes it particularly suitable for fine and ultra-fine crushing applications, where extremely high crushing forces are generated.
