Working principle of dry ball mill

The dry ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, driven by external gear, with two silos, dry ball mill and lattice energy-saving ball mill. The material enters the dry ball mill silo evenly through the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft screw. There is a stepped lining plate or corrugated lining plate in the silo, which is filled with steel balls of different specifications. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force to bring the steel balls to a certain height and then drop them, which will have a heavy impact and grinding effect on the material. After the material reaches the rough grinding in the bin, it enters the second bin through the single-layer partition plate, and the dry ball mill. The bin is inlaid with a flat lining plate and steel balls, which will further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharge grate to complete the grinding operation.
