Working principle of impact crusher
The working principle of the impact crusher is simply the principle of stone striking. Let the stones collide with the stones thrown out by the impeller during the natural falling process, so as to achieve the purpose of crushing! When the accelerated stone collides with the naturally falling stone, it forms another eddy current, and it is broken twice during the return process, so there is little wear on the impact plate of the machine during the operation process!
The stones directly fall into the high-speed rotating turntable from the upper part of the machine. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, the stones will collide with the other part of the target stones distributed around the turntable in the form of umbrellas to produce high-speed impact and high-density crushing. After the stones hit each other, they will form eddy current motion between the turntable and the casing, causing multiple mutual blows, friction and crushing, which will be directly discharged from the lower part. It forms a closed circuit and multiple special rings, and is controlled by the screening equipment to reach the required particle size.
